Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery Charges:

UK deliveries to retail customers with an order value of under £40 are charged at a flat rate of £2.95. All UK orders to retail customers £40 and over are sent free of charge.

Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch

Available to UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands deliveries only

Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.50

Signed for Special delivery service. Available to UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands deliveries only. Please be aware that Next Day Deliveries can be delivered between 9am and 7pm.
Please Note: We will make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Republic Of Ireland and European Delivery (within EEC)

Delivery time: 7 to10 Business days from dispatch


Parcels weighing under 2kg £6.95

Parcels weighing over 2kg £12.95

International Delivery

Any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery time: 10 to 14 working days. (Although this does depend on local Customs/ Postal rules that are beyond our control).

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. We will make every effort to get your order out on the same day.

Standard Returns Policy

You may cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

If you have received your order and need to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund please contact us using our contact page or email address.  Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. We recommend you use a signed for service as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing or are returned damaged. Please include a note with your return stating the reason for the return and remember to include your contact details and order reference number.
