UK Delivery - Delivery within the UK is currently unaffected although please bear in mind that we are only dispatching orders twice a week. Your order will not take more than a week to be dispatched. UK delivery charges remain the same. Please see below.

Order value £9.99 and under are charged at a flat rate of £1.20
Order value between £10.00 - £39.99 are charged at a flat rate of £2.95
All UK orders to retail customers £40 and over will receive FREE DeliveryDelivery time: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch
Signed for Special delivery service. Available to UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands deliveries only. Please be aware that Next Day Deliveries can be delivered between 9am and 7pm.
Please Note: We will make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Republic Of Ireland and European Delivery
Standard Delivery £12.95 delivery time: 7 to14 Business days from dispatch.

Standard Returns Policy
You may cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
If you have received your order and need to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund please contact us using our contact page or email address. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. We recommend you use a signed for service as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing or are returned damaged. Please include a note with your return stating the reason for the return and remember to include your contact details and order reference number.
