Everyone loves a warm mug of Hot Chocolate on a cold Winter’s day and it doesn’t have to be unhealthy either! Our recipe is made with raw organic cacao powder, which is much better for you than over-processed cocoa powder. It is a rich source of magnesium and iron as well as antioxidant flavanols and polyphenols. The phytochemicals theobromine, phenylethylamine and anandamine act as a mood booster and help support mental well-being. Plus the almond milk and nut butters give you heart healthy fats, and a good dose of vitamin E, which is wonderful for glowing skin and healthy hair.
