There is nothing like a homemade pizza! If you want a pizza that's vegan, healthy, fast and easy to make, this is it! There’s no yeast and no waiting for the dough to rise! Just mix together two ingredients, roll out the base and add your toppings. Simple and delicious!
190g Organic self-raising flour, plus more for kneading (You can use gluten free self-raising flour if you are intolerant to gluten)
200g Natural vegan yogurt
130g Organic tomato sauce
70g Vegan mozzarella/cheese
Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Gas 8.
Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl and bring together to form a ball. Knead 5 to 8 minutes. If the dough seems a little wet when you mix it, just add a sprinkling of more flour. The more you knead it the better it comes together.
Roll the dough out into a large circle on a floured surface, then move the rolled out dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Brush dough with olive oil and spread the sauce evenly across the dough, sprinkle on the vegan mozzarella/cheese, and top with your favourite topping.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10 -15 minutes until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked to your preference. Enjoy!
